SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

We are seeking experienced substitute teachers. Applicants must be Elementary School educators that are highly skilled, effective, and cheerful, who care deeply about the education and well-being of the whole child. Individuals should have excellent classroom management skills and be comfortable with a class size of 16 students. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a warm, family atmosphere in collaboration with other enthusiastic educators. Outdoor Learning Areas and Open-Air Classrooms are an integral part of our campus environment. Lunch is eaten outside on our 54 acre campus. A complimentary chef prepared lunch is provided for substitute teachers on campus. A robust COVID protocol is in place. Come enjoy teaching again.

Teachers of special areas such as music, art, band, P.E., Spanish, Latin, robotics, technology are also encouraged to apply as well. We always like to meet talented teachers, especially those who utilize outdoor teaching strategies.

AFTERCARE COUNSELOR

Looking for a fun afterschool job that’s more like working at summer camp than daycare? Tate's School is hiring energetic afterschool counselors who enjoy leading games and activities with children. Gain valuable childcare experience and join our team of highly energetic and creative Fun Professionals. Most days are spent outdoors utilizing our beautiful 54 acre campus with more than 20 outdoor learning areas. Must be available M-F (5 days) from 3:00-6:00 PM. Starting pay is $9.00-10.00 per hour based on experience.
