Former Tate's student, Bing Chen, was recognized as one of Forbes's Top 30 Under 30 rising leaders in 2014.

Bing is Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Victorious, a new media platform that powers and unites the world's most creative communities.

Previously, Bing was the YouTube Global Head of Creator Development & Management at Google, where he was responsible for generating and aligning the global creator acquisition and development program strategy with 50+ cross-functional leads. In addition, he oversaw several company projects that engaged more than 250 million content creators world-wide from musicians to filmmakers, chefs to beauty gurus. Bing co-founded and co-led initiatives such as the global expansion and evolution of the YouTube Partner Program. He began his YouTube tenure as the company's first Creator Marketing Manager and remains a trusted confidant to hundreds of creative artists.

Bing graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in English, Psychology and Marketing, He sits on the Board of Directors of the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment, the A3 Foundation, the Buffer Film Festival and the STREAM TV Conference. He is a One Young World Ambassador and is a member of the Streamy Awards Blue Ribbon Panel.

When Bing has spare time, he is an avid music festival goer, a foodie, movie buff, writer and napper! (I don't know when he finds time to sneak in a nap!)

He is deeply passionate about nurturing new creative communities and amplifying the careers of the 'next generation' of leading storytellers, artists and creative visionaries.

While he was a student at Tate's, his family moved to Shanghai, but Bing says he still thinks of Knoxville as 'home.'
