ALL-SCHOOL SPRING MUSIC PERFORMANCE

Tate’s All School Spring Music program, Lights, Music, Broadway , will delight us all with musical favorites and a few surprises. Special performances include Beginning and Intermediate Band as well as the Elementary and Middle School Choirs. This is an off-campus performance, and parents will be sent details through their homeroom teachers.

SPOOK PARADE

Friday, October 31 @ 9:00 am

Students will don their favorite costumes and follow a parade path around campus as they compete for bragging rights. Teachers join in the fun and the competition heats up. Tate’s School is known for creativity and the unique, homemade costumes showcase an amazing variety of characters.

HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL

Friday, October 24 @ 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm

We are excited to announce the return of our Halloween Carnival! Halloween Carnival is a long tradition at Tate’s that brings together our current families, camper families, and our local alumni. Join the fun with bakes sales, hillside slide, the haunted forest, cake walks and our beautiful silent auction. Bring the whole family and enjoy games, tasty food, and ghouls. For safety reasons no costumes are allowed on campus, but the pumpkin trail will light up the smiles on your faces.

OPEN HOUSE

On Saturday, April 25th, 2026, Tate’s School and Tate’s Camp will host their Interactive Open House. Families can enjoy a hayride tour of the tranquil 54-acre campus featuring 3 saltwater pools, zip lines, an archery range, climbing walls, a rappelling tower, a boating pond, and the unique rustic classrooms that define campus. Kids can enjoy an epic scavenger hunt, taste homemade snacks from our chef, and check out the 200-foot hillside slide!

Advanced hands-on academic learning has been a part of Tate’s identity for 58 years. Now, we are inviting you to discover our unique magic for yourself! With open-air classrooms, rustic log buildings, 20+ outdoor learning areas, we offer a learning environment unlike any other in the area. Teachers will be in each classroom, coaches will be available, and student-centered activities will be available across campus. Children can explore the Teaching Garden and learn more about the wonder of plant life and gardening. Families are invited to enjoy lunch (provided free) with Tate’s Camp Counselors and play on the wonderful playgrounds. Families can also register to win a free week of camp for their child!! Register at the check in table upon arrival for scavenger hunt information. We look forward to meeting your family!
